If you think you’re up for the Challenge why not join one of our teams and get stuck in?Through our preparation meetings (2 weekend residentials and 2 evening meetings) you will gain an insight into the culture, the work, and the ethos of the charity, giving you everything you need to make the most of your time in India.As a team member you will raise a minimum of £1500 to cover costs of travel to India, preparation meetings and any projects the team want to support in India. Once there you will assist in the running of early morning sports classes; teach English lessons; plan and deliver afterschool fun clubs; and run a high impact, 4 day activity holiday for up to 150 boys from a YMCA destitute home.You will also be involved in the decision making process of where to spend the funds we take with us. You helped to raise it – so it’s only fair you have a say in where it goes!
