We are currently run by a small, volunteer staff team.  We are:

	Project Leader, ISAAC JONES – Co-founder of Chennai Challenge and Project Leader, Isaac has also been helping lead our annual projects since 2005. Isaac is an Actor.
	A recent addition to the team, EMMA KELLY is Project Leader as of the 2012 project. She is a primary school teacher.
	Project Leader, CATHY SHORT – Co-founder of Chennai Challenge and Project Leader, Cathy has been helping lead our annual projects since 2005. Cathy is a Youth Worker.
	Senior Project Leader, ROB SHORT – Co-founder of Chennai Challenge and Senior Project Leader, Rob has been at the head of Chennai Challenge since the beginning in 2005.  Rob is a Science teacher.
